Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, we will process a full refund with no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@mypluginstore.com
- Include your order ID (found in your license key email)
- We will process your refund within 2-3 business days
You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is always appreciated so we can improve.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, or net banking via Razorpay). Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to Pro features. We ask that you uninstall the plugin from your site after receiving your refund.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The license key has been fraudulently shared or misused
- The purchase was for a renewal and the license was already in active use
In edge cases outside these guidelines, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Renewal Refunds
Yearly license renewals follow the same 7-day refund policy. If you renew and then decide you no longer need the plugin, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date.
